Journal: Images of Wholeness: Guided Imagery for Awakening Healing.

Creativity and Spirituality.

A structured journal designed to help you record your inner experiences related to each guided meditation. The journal helps you explore six universal aspects of psychological functioning related to each image, namely , your images, self talk, feelings, kinesthetic sensations, relatedness, and behaviors. As well, you will discover your inner dialogue related to each image and be encouraged to find the positive BEING AND DOING messages that promote transformation and change.

A new updated version of the journal that includes quotes, images and a case study of someone's experiences of each image will soon be available.
